Dal-Tile Corp. is seeking a CSR Warehouse Associate II to support walk-in customers, answer inquiries, provide samples, and process sales transactions in a busy warehouse environment.

You will perform order pulling, inbound/outbound activities, cycle counts, forklift operation, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate orders and timely delivery. The ideal candidate holds a high school diploma, 1+ year of customer service, forklift certification, and warehouse experience.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year of customer service experience preferred.
• Certified Forklift Operator.
• Tile industry knowledge preferred.
• 3+ years of warehouse experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Service walk-in customers and answer inquiries.
• Process sales orders and complete transactions.
• Pull/assemble customer orders and perform cycle counts.
• Operate forklift and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve order issues.
