Dal-Tile LLC is seeking a Customer Service/Warehouse Associate to support walk-in customers, process sales, and manage warehouse tasks such as receiving, loading/unloading, order assembly, and inventory checks. Forklift and crane operation may be required daily.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ years of customer service experience and warehouse experience.
• Forklift experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Waits on customers and assists with order requirements.
• Processes payments and receipts; prepares reports and vendor orders.
• Performs warehouse duties including picking, packing, stocking, and inventory checks.
• Operates crane/forklift equipment as needed.
• Maintains clean and safe work environment and follows safety rules.
