Job summary

Dal-Tile Corp. is seeking a Customer Service/Warehouse Associate to support both sales service and material handling. The role involves serving walk-in customers, processing sales, receiving shipments, pulling and stocking orders, and performing cycle counts.

Ideal candidates have 1+ years in customer service and warehouse work, with forklift experience. The position may require lifting up to 70 lbs and standing for long periods.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent experience.
• 1+ years of customer service experience and warehouse experience
• Forklift experience required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist walk-in customers and process sales transactions.
• Perform warehouse duties: receive, stock, pick, pack, and ship orders.
• Operate crane/forklift equipment and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Prepare daily sales reports and update customer master file.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
