Contractor In Charge is hiring an Experienced Call Center Agent to handle inbound/outbound calls, book and dispatch jobs, and maintain CRM accuracy. The role emphasizes a sales mindset to convert inquiries into booked appointments and maximize revenue, all while protecting every call as a potential booking.

Responsibilities include following scripts, providing empathy, and performing follow-ups to assess client needs. This is a remote, entry-level position with training and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong sales mindset with focus on converting inquiries into bookings.
• Experience with scheduling software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Answer all incoming calls or online inquiries, as the initial point of contact
• Using a company-prepared script, answer questions and guide customers to service solutions
• Provide calm and empathetic interactions to put customers at ease
• Conduct follow-up calls to check in on past customers and assess needs
• Help the field team by taking detailed notes and entering them into the system
• Contribute to the company culture by being upbeat and hard-working
