Rodenhiser Home Services, Inc. is seeking an onsite Customer Service Representative to warmly welcome clients, maintain a calm voice, and handle calls professionally. The role focuses on converting requests into appointments and resolving issues across phone, text, and email.

You will collaborate with field and office teams to ensure seamless service experiences, participate in training to boost booked calls, and maintain an accurate client database. On-call duties may be required.

Qualifications

• Two years’ proven track record in customer service, preferred.
• High school education or equivalent.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• IT competence: proficient with computer and phone systems.

Responsibilities

• Convert incoming client requests into booked service appointments.
• Respond to client requests via phone, text and email, resolving issues and promoting the brand.
• Collaborate with field and office teams to create seamless service experiences.
• Participate in training to boost booked calls.
• Maintain and update client database with complete and accurate information.
• Make outbound calls.
• Be available for On-Call duties.
