In this role you will handle calls, gather information, manage calendars, and maintain accurate records in our CRM while meeting daily appointment targets. Training is provided, with opportunities for advancement in a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Previous call center, customer service, or appointment setting experience preferred.
• Strong communication and phone skills.
• Comfortable handling objections and keeping conversations on track.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound and receive inbound calls to schedule appointments.
• Speak with homeowners to gather basic information and set qualified appointments.
• Clearly explain the purpose of our free in-home consultation.
• Maintain accurate records of calls and appointments in our system.
• Follow provided scripts while maintaining a natural, conversational tone.
• Confirm, reschedule, and manage appointment calendars.
• Meet daily/weekly call and scheduling targets.
