Kraken is seeking a community-focused professional to manage and grow our crypto trading community. You will participate actively in channels like Discord, Telegram, X, and Reddit, delivering timely updates, engaging ambassadors, and coordinating with product teams.

You will craft concise and rigorous content for both rapid posts and in-depth threads, balancing openness with brand integrity while protecting users. This role rewards proactive leadership and clear communication.

Qualifications

• 3+ years running community or social for a product with a technical, skeptical audience (crypto/fintech/dev tools counted).
• Excellent writing skills: short-form clarity and long-form rigor for a smart audience.
• Ability to de-escalate tension without corporate script and push back when needed.

Responsibilities

• Be the fastest voice in the room during market events and platform updates.
• Build an ambassador and power-user program with traders and high-volume users.
• Run AMAs, live sessions, feature launches, and post-mortems; own the format.
• Bridge with Product: document issues with receipts and relay back to community.
• Create threads and teardowns about market microstructure and new features.
• Provide sentiment and signups metrics to demonstrate impact.
