Qualifications

• You have trading experience and can discuss funding rates, maker/taker economics, slippage and latency.
• 3+ years running community or social for a technical product with a skeptical audience (crypto/fintech/dev tools).
• You write fast and well for short-form and long-form content.
• You have thick skin and can de-escalate without corporate diluting messages.
• You built something from a standing start, not just maintained an account.
• You operate without a brief and navigate ambiguity in a fast-moving company.
• You’re comfortable with ongoing change and reorganization to pursue opportunity.

Responsibilities

• Engage with crypto traders and enthusiasts across Discord, Telegram, X, Reddit and other channels.
• Post quickly during market events with accuracy and context.
• Develop an ambassador and power-user program to engage market makers and high-volume traders.
• Lead AMAs, live sessions, feature launches and post-mortems, owning the format.
• Communicate product feedback to the PM team with receipts and community updates.
• Create threads and notes that are informative and worth sharing.
