Job summary

Kraken is seeking a senior community manager to engage a technical crypto audience. You’ll run community programs for a product, craft concise posts, handle feedback, and help shape product direction.

You will build ambassador programs, host AMAs and live sessions, and translate community signals to the product team. 3+ years in crypto/fintech, strong writing, and calm under pressure are required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years running community or social for a product with a technical, skeptical audience.
• Ability to write fast and clear across short posts and longer explorations.
• Comfort handling a fast-paced crypto community and de-escalating conversations.

Responsibilities

• Build ambassador and power-user programs for traders and developers.
• Host AMAs, live trading sessions, feature launches and post-mortems.
• Own formats and communicate updates to the community and relay feedback to Product.
