Kraken is seeking a hands-on Head of Organic Growth to own how Kraken Pro gets discovered and converts curious traders into active users. You will own the strategy across SEO, content, social, community, referrals, and partnerships to attract high‑intent traders to Kraken Pro, while balancing brand and conversion.

You’ll work with Product and Design to improve landing pages and onboarding, map the funnel from first touch to first trade, and report clear dashboards that show what drives growth.
