Job summary

Kraken is seeking a hands-on Head of Organic Growth for Kraken Pro to own how the product gets discovered and adopted by active traders. You will lead a lean team, work closely with Product and Design to optimize onboarding, and drive high-intent traffic across SEO, content, social, referrals, and partnerships.

You’ll define and test growth experiments, build dashboards, and report progress to leadership. A strong product mindset, UX focus, and fintech/crypto experience are highly valued.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in B2C acquisition or growth marketing in fintech, crypto, trading or gaming.
• Ability to lead a player-coach style team and drive cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong product intuition and UX awareness to improve onboarding and conversion.

Responsibilities

• Own organic acquisition strategy across SEO, content, social, communities, referrals and partnerships.
• Map funnel from first touch to first trade and close gaps in conversion.
• Improve landing pages, sign-up flows and onboarding with Product/Design.
• Turn brand into growth lever across channels and regions.
• Know Kraken Pro intimately and translate strengths into growth levers.
• Lead a lean, hands-on team; ship, test, and optimize continuously.
• Run experiments, analyze results and iterate on channels and funnels.
• Build dashboards to show leadership what drives growth and what doesn’t.
• Collaborate with Legal/Comms to ensure compliant messaging.
