Asymmetric Research, Inc. in NYC seeks a strategic partnerships manager to join our business development team. You will position us as the security and infrastructure partner of choice for crypto and AI builders, building a pipeline through outbound outreach, in-person relationship-building, conferences, and other channels.

You will own full-cycle deals from outreach to closing and use market signals to reach teams before they seek a security partner, traveling 20-40% as needed.

Qualifications

• Strong enterprise sales experience: 1–2+ years closing large deals.
• Persuasive and able to change skeptical buyers' minds.
• Good market reading and knowing where to be.

Responsabilités

• Identify and prioritize prospects (protocols, exchanges, L1/L2 teams, fintechs, and AI companies).
• Attend conferences, meetups, dinners, and other events to meet decision-makers.
• Run full-cycle deals: outreach, scoping conversations, size engagements, and closing.
• Make a compelling case for why security should be a priority.
• Use market signals (who's raising, shipping, or upgrading) to reach teams before they seek a security partner.
