Job summary

Cregis is seeking a seasoned Business Development and Marketing Lead in New York to drive partner acquisitions, negotiate agreements, and shape campaigns across the DeFi and wallet ecosystem. You will manage end-to-end partnerships, perform due diligence, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to maximize market share and sales potential.

The role requires strong BD, marketing planning, and blockchain expertise, with fluency in English/Mandarin and Cantonese a plus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in business development for partnerships.
• Proven track record of meeting targets.
• Strong understanding of blockchain, wallets and DeFi.
• Experience delivering wallet partnerships (hardware/software).
• Ambitious, autonomous, data-driven.

Responsibilities

• Lead accelerated BD and marketing plan development for Cregis Solutions.
• Execute plans and be the main contact for BD/marketing program leads.
• Identify and prioritize partners (DeFi apps, developers, exchanges).
• Oversee end-to-end partnership process from outreach to execution.
• Conduct financial due diligence on deals to ensure scalability.
• Shape marketing campaign objectives; coordinate with marketing teams.
• Negotiate and manage partner contracts to maximize benefits.
• Inform stakeholders of deals status for strategic alignment.
• Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders to drive growth.
