Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma; hospitality or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Ability to stay calm and professional in high-pressure situations.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and reservation systems.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Must pass a background check and have travel documents.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner onboard the cruise ship.
• Check guests in and out with accurate documentation.
• Address guest inquiries and requests promptly and courteously.
• Maintain a clean, organized front desk and stock supplies.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Handle cash and credit card transactions per company policies.
• Maintain knowledge of ship activities, services and amenities.
• Adhere to safety and security procedures for guests and crew.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Front Desk Manager.
