Job summary

Crew Life at Sea Ltd. is seeking an overnight Front Desk & Accounting Associate to audit nightly transactions, reconcile revenue, and prepare daily activity reports. You will handle guest check-ins/outs, verify IDs, and issue room keys while ensuring exceptional service.

The role requires strong analytical and communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting software, and the ability to work independently in a 24/7 cruise ship environment. English fluency is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; accounting/hospitality training is a plus.
• Experience in accounting, finance, or hospitality with cash handling and reconciliation knowledge.
• Strong analytical and detail-oriented abilities to reconcile accounts.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for guest interactions.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and accounting software to generate reports and perform calculations.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, 24/7 cruise ship environment.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform nightly audits of financial transactions and reconcile revenue accounts.
• Prepare daily financial activity reports and distribute to departments.
• Process guest check-ins/outs overnight, verify IDs, and issue room keys.
• Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues to ensure satisfaction.
• Monitor security cameras and patrol public areas during overnight hours.
• Assist with administrative tasks in front desk and accounting.
• Collaborate with housekeeping, F&B, and guest services to address issues.
