Job summary

Crew Life at Sea Ltd. seeks an International Guest Services representative to assist guests at the Guest Services Desk, with a focus on non-English-speaking groups and individuals, ensuring a full, first-class cruise experience.

You will coordinate with Group Services and Guest Service Manager to handle special requests, assist with restaurant bookings, tours, and embarkation logistics, and act as a translator when needed across shipboard departments.

Qualifications

• Assists non-English-speaking guests with special requests and needs.
• Contacts non-English-speaking guests to organize events and restaurant bookings.
• Translates for non-English-speaking guests across shipboard departments.
• Provides welcome and assistance during embarkation, port talks and inspections.

Responsibilities

• Receives and handles special requests from non-English-speaking groups.
• Works with Group Services Coordinator and Guest Service Manager on honeymoon, anniversary, birthday, dietary and medical needs for non-English-speaking guests.
• Contacts Group Leaders of non-English-speaking guests to assist in organizing group events.
• Contacts non-English-speaking guests to assist with restaurant bookings, special foods, and shore excursions.
• Available to answer questions and provide assistance at the Guest Services Desk daily.
• Assists at embarkation, disembarkation and port talks, and is present during these times to assist non-English-speaking guests.
• Acts as translator for guests needing to communicate with shipboard departments.
• Coordinates announcements and translation of the Freestyle Daily into required languages.
