Job summary

First American is seeking an Implementation Specialist to drive the deployment of platforms, processes and operating models across the organization. You will partner with business teams, Product, Technology, Training, Support, and other stakeholders to coordinate implementation activities from readiness and launch through hyper care, stabilization, and transition to ongoing operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Typically have 4+ years of related experience.
• Experience in implementation, program or project management, business operations, operational readiness, deployment, or a related field.
• Experience coordinating complex initiatives across multiple business and technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates implementation activities across the lifecycle, including readiness, launch, hyper care, stabilization, and transition to ongoing operations.
• Partners with business and technical teams to align implementation plans, activities, dependencies, milestones, and responsibilities.
• Maintains implementation plans, playbooks, tools, documentation, and established readiness and transition criteria.
• Establishes and supports cross-functional operating cadences for implementation coordination, issue resolution, escalation, and decision-making.
• Identifies and tracks risks, issues, blockers, and dependencies; ensures appropriate ownership, action planning, escalation, and follow-through.
• Monitors implementation, adoption, support, and operational performance indicators to assess rollout health and identify emerging concerns.
