Job summary

First American seeks a Product Owner to advance client-management capabilities and Salesforce integrations. You will translate business needs into prioritized requirements, guiding discovery through delivery, adoption, and evaluation.

You will partner with Product Management and technology teams to optimize onboarding and ongoing client management. The ideal candidate has experience owning Salesforce platforms, leading technical teams, and delivering automation, reporting, and integrations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, computer science, or a related field.
• 4+ years of Product Owner or similar Agile role experience.
• Experience owning Salesforce platform and translating business needs into technical requirements.
• Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar backlog and product management tools.

Responsibilities

• Define and refine the product backlog with features, user stories, defects, and enablers.
• Own end-to-end delivery from discovery through release, production validation, and feedback.
• Prioritize work based on business value, risk, dependencies, and delivery effort.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Relationship Managers to understand client needs and improve onboarding and management.
