Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience managing complex software projects, including client-facing projects.
• Agile software development experience preferred.
• Familiarity with pharmaceutical or related industries helpful.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Effectively manage client communications and implementation activities throughout the program lifecycle.
• Serve as the primary client contact during implementation, building trusted relationships and alignment on goals, timelines, risks, and readiness activities.
• Own implementation planning and execution, including coordinating activities, managing dependencies, tracking milestones, and driving deliverables to completion.
• Partner with Learning & Development to establish training plans and support client adoption.
• Collaborate across Product, Operations, QA, Release Management, Training, and Delivery to ensure successful outcomes.
