First American is seeking an Implementation Release Manager to coordinate business and operational readiness for new product and process releases, working with cross-functional teams to ensure successful adoption and clear communication to end users.

You will manage readiness across testing, training, communications, documentation, and implementation support, ensuring governance and timely delivery in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Typically have 4+ years of related experience.
• Experience in implementation, program or project management, business operations, operational readiness, deployment, or a related field.
• Experience coordinating initiatives across technical, operational, and business teams.
• Experience supporting product, process, technology, or other organizational change and release activities preferred.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate readiness activities for upcoming releases and assess impact.
• Maintain visibility into release pipeline and readiness.
• Collaborate with Product, Process, Business Validation, Learning & Development, Product Marketing, and Implementation teams to coordinate release requirements and handoffs.
• Track readiness across testing, training, communications, documentation, and implementation support.
• Identify gaps, risks, and dependencies that may impact release readiness or user experience.
• Support go/no-go decisions by providing visibility into business, operational, and user readiness.
• Communicate impacts of product and process changes to Implementation teams and stakeholders.
• Ensure Implementation teams have advance visibility and information to support users through releases.
• Support consistent release governance and adherence to established release readiness requirements.
• Monitor release outcomes and user feedback and recommend improvements to release processes.
