Job summary

Livingston International, a leading customs broker and trade compliance firm, seeks a Trade Management Executive to drive new business and expand client relationships within an assigned territory. The role focuses on understanding cross-border supply chains and selling Livingston’s full platform, with Salesforce.com-driven prospecting and growth.

Collaborate with Client Services, Implementation, and other sales specialists to develop strategic account plans, analyze client trends, and deliver

Qualifications

3+ years with International Freight Forwarding experience.
3+ years of Customs Brokerage/Transportation/Logistics or Supply Chain experience.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (verbal and written).
Strong organizational and negotiation skills with the ability to drive change and deliver targeted results.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); Salesforce.com experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

Identify new business opportunities and create a contact management plan; Salesforce.com experience preferred.
Collaborate with Client Services, Implementation and other sales specialists to develop strategic account plans.
Understand and analyze client trends across Livingston solutions to grow key accounts in designated territory.
Ensure targets are achieved.
