Job summary

Livingston is a market leader in customs brokerage, international trade consulting, compliance, and freight forwarding services worldwide. This full-time role in MI Southfieldreports to the Senior Vice President, Global Trade Management, overseeing world-class customs services for strategic accounts.

You will monitor performance, drive process improvements, and lead a skilled team across regions, travel about 10%, and ensure compliance with global trade regulations.

Qualifications

• 5 years of related experience in global trade management or customs.
• Strong knowledge of customs regulations and trade compliance.
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage delivery of customs services for strategic accounts.
• Maintain standard processes aligned with systems in use.
• Monitor performance using metrics, risk analysis and reporting.
• Identify weaknesses and drive corrective actions to protect service delivery.
• Discuss strategies for classification, origin, valuation, imports and exports.
• Support rollout of new systems and migration of processes.
