Job summary

Nutrien Ag Solutions in the United States is seeking a driven agricultural sales professional to expand our inputs business with growers across our Nebraska network. You will prospect new customers, manage sales pipelines, and strive to exceed revenue and margin goals through knowledgeable product advice and timely service.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years in agriculture sales, a university degree if possible, and proficiency with MS Word and Excel.

Qualifications

• University degree preferred; in lieu, 5+ years agriculture experience.
• 2+ years’ experience in agriculture industry and applying agricultural chemicals.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Develop new prospects and interact with growers to grow sales.
• Ensure customer satisfaction with delivery and product quality.
• Develop strategies to increase sales of proprietary products.
• Consult with growers on issues and advise actions.
• Perform initial credit review and assist with credit limits.
• Collect outstanding accounts receivable.
• Other duties as assigned.
