Nutrien Ag Solutions serves growers through a vast network of locations, and this role focuses on developing new prospects and managing existing growers to increase agricultural inputs sales while meeting profit goals.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years in agriculture, experience with agricultural chemicals, and proficiency in Word and Excel.

Qualifications

• University degree preferred; if not, 5+ years agriculture experience and high school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years' experience within the agriculture industry, including application of agricultural chemicals.
• Proficiency in Word and Excel.
• Sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop new prospects and interact with growers to increase agricultural inputs sales and meet sales goals.
• Manage sales to meet profit margin goals.
• Assure customer satisfaction of products including on-time delivery and quality.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase sales of proprietary products.
• Consult with growers on agricultural issues and prescribe actions to resolve issues.
• Perform initial credit review of customers and assist Credit Manager with limits; collect receivables.
