Job summary

Nutrien Ag Solutions is seeking a sales-oriented professional to cultivate growers and increase agricultural inputs sales across Nebraska and surrounding regions. You will manage existing accounts, aim to exceed sales goals, ensure timely delivery, and uphold product quality while advising on appropriate actions for issues that arise.

The role requires 2+ years in agriculture, university degree preferred, and proficiency with Word and Excel.

Qualifications

• University degree preferred; in lieu of degree, 5+ years agriculture experience are acceptable.
• 2+ years’ experience in the agriculture industry and application of agricultural chemicals.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel and other standard office software.
• Sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop new prospects and interact with growers to grow inputs sales and meet goals.
• Manage sales to meet profit margins and ensure customer satisfaction with delivery and quality.
• Develop strategies to increase sales of proprietary products.
• Consult with growers on agricultural issues and propose actions to resolve them.
