Qualifications

• Must be native or fluent in Croatian (written and spoken).
• Professional fluency in English to communicate in an international office environment.
• Experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in customer support services.

Responsibilities

• Deliver omnichannel support to Croatian-speaking customers via phone, email, and live chat.
• Resolve complex inquiries with accurate troubleshooting and high customer satisfaction.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of products/services to provide quick, accurate assistance.
