You will handle inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in Croatian, collaborate with global colleagues, and contribute to service metrics while expanding your international career in the BPO sector. A relocation package and training are provided.

Qualifications

• Native or fluent Croatian (spoken and written) is required.
• Professional proficiency in English to collaborate in an international environment.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills suitable for a customer support role.
• Prior experience in a support environment is advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Deliver expert support to customers via phone, email, and live chat in Croatian.
• Resolve technical and general inquiries with empathy to ensure high user satisfaction.
