Qualifications
- Native or fluent Croatian (spoken and written) is mandatory.
- Fluency in English is required for internal communication and training.
- Prior experience in customer support services is a strong advantage.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients in customer support.
- Resolve inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with high quality.
- Provide accurate information in Croatian and assist with issues in a timely manner.
- Document interactions in the CRM system with precision.
- Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot and improve workflows.
- Stay updated on product developments and internal policies to provide expert support.
- Demonstrate empathy and problem-solving skills in every interaction.
