Mercier Consultancy Group is seeking a Croatian Speaking Customer Support Specialist in Bulgaria. You will deliver omnichannel support to Croatian-speaking customers, handle inquiries via phone, email and live chat, and maintain CRM-driven case documentation.

The role requires native Croatian, fluent English, and prior customer-facing experience. You will join a relocation-backed program with fully paid training, health insurance, and a monthly salary.

Qualifications

• Native or fluent Croatian (spoken and written).
• Professional fluency in English for international office communication.
• Previous experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in customer support services.
• Willingness to relocate to Bulgaria and join relocation package.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional omnichannel support to Croatian-speaking customers.
• Resolve complex inquiries via phone, email, and live chat to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain knowledge of products and services to provide accurate troubleshooting.
• Document customer interactions in the CRM to ensure continuity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and escalate recurring issues.
• Meet and exceed performance targets and quality standards for the team.
• Stay updated with industry trends and company policies to ensure top-tier service delivery.
• Native or fluent Croatian (spoken and written).
• Valid EU passport (mandatory for this role).
• Professional fluency in English to communicate within an international office.
• Previous experience in customer-facing roles, preferably within the customer support services sector.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Positive, proactive mindset and willingness to relocate for this opportunity.
