KittySpout is seeking a hands-on CRO Lead to own every conversion test across our site, landing pages, paid‑acquisition funnels, on‑site offers and post‑purchase upsells. This is an all‑in‑one role: you set the strategy, build the backlog, brief and QA tests, and ship the winners from a fast‑moving remote team.

Qualifications

• 3–4+ years running CRO programs for Shopify DTC brands.
• Proven record of lifting CVR, AOV or revenue per visitor.
• Deep hands‑on Intelligems experience and data‑driven mindset.
• Fluent English with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the CRO test plan and backlog for both brands.
• Build, test and launch paid‑acquisition funnels and landing pages.
• Brief, QA and launch tests weekly with clear hypotheses.
• Monitor results and propagate learnings across tests.
• Manage CRO agency relationships and coordinate with the Head of Growth.
• Report CRO KPIs weekly and run the CRO & Funnels meeting.
