The role supports education by participating in the clinical instruction of nurse anesthesia students, with ACLS/BLS certifications and an Alabama CRNA license required. Shifts are flexi/PRN, offering autonomy within a collegial team of anesthesiologists and surgeons.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Nurse Anesthesia program.
• Alabama CRNA license required.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Provides anesthesia under the direction of an anesthesiologist for diverse surgical procedures and diagnostic tests.
• Participates in the clinical instruction of nurse anesthesia students.
