UAB Medicine is seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist to support anesthesia services at the UAB St. Vincent’s East campus in the Birmingham area.

The role involves administering anesthesia under physician supervision for diverse surgical cases and participating in student instruction. The successful candidate will hold a CRNA license in Alabama, and maintain current BLS and ACLS certifications while collaborating with anesthesiologists and surgeons in a high-volume academic-affiliated

Formación

• Graduate of an accredited Nurse Anesthesia program required.
• Alabama Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist license required.
• Current BLS certification and ACLS certification required.

Responsabilidades

• Provides anesthesia under the direction of an anesthesiologist for diverse surgical procedures and diagnostic tests.
• Participates in the clinical instruction of nurse anesthesia students.
• Key Responsibilities are performed under the direction of the anesthesiologists according to the policy and procedures of the Department of Anesthesiology.
