Job summary

UAB Medicine in Alabama seeks a CRNA to provide anesthesia under the direction of an anesthesiologist for diverse surgical procedures and diagnostic tests at UAB St. Vincent’s East campus near Birmingham.

You will participate in clinical instruction of nurse anesthesia students and work with a team of six anesthesiologists and more than 19 CRNAs. Graduate from an accredited Nurse Anesthesia program with Alabama CRNA license, BLS and ACLS certifications are required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Nurse Anesthesia program.
• Alabama CRNA license required.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Provides anesthesia under the direction of an anesthesiologist for diverse surgical procedures and diagnostic tests.
