UAB Medicine in Alabama is seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist to provide anesthesia under the supervision of an anesthesiologist for diverse surgical procedures at UAB St. Vincent’s East.

You will participate in clinical instruction of nurse anesthesia students and adhere to Department of Anesthesiology policies, ensuring patient safety and high-quality care in a fast-paced hospital setting.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Nurse Anesthesia program required.
• Alabama Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist license required.
• Current BLS certification and ACLS certification required.

Responsabilités

• Provides anesthesia under the direction of an anesthesiologist for diverse surgical procedures and diagnostic tests.
• Participates in the clinical instruction of nurse anesthesia students.
• Key Responsibilities are performed under the direction of the anesthesiologists according to the policy and procedures of the Department of Anesthesiology.
