Job summary

Cleveland State University Engaged Learning is seeking a Systems Administrator for University Advancement. The role focuses on maintaining the CRM Slate platform, performing technical support, and developing reports to enhance stakeholder access.

You will document systems and help establish data policies and procedures. Ideal candidates will bring a bachelor’s degree and 4 years of CRM experience, plus SQL, HTML, and CSS skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, information management or related field.
• Four (4) years of work experience with CRM systems; experience with SQL, HTML and CSS.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and support CRM Slate environment and related technologies.
• Develop reports and improve reporting capabilities for stakeholders.
• Create and maintain technical documentation for the CRM system.
• Collaborate with Advancement to implement CRM data policies and procedures.
