Job summary

You will work with Advancement Services to establish policies for CRM data usage and provide training as needed. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in IT/CS or related field, plus 4 years of CRM experience including SQL/HTML/CSS, with master’s degree preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, information management or related field.
• Four years of work experience with CRM systems; SQL, HTML, CSS required.
• Master’s degree in IT, information management or related field preferred.
• Experience with PeopleSoft ERP preferred.
• Excellent analytical and programming skills.

Responsibilities

• Performs technical and data support for CRM (Slate) to facilitate access and use of the system.
• Maintains CRM technical documentation and related technologies.
• Develops reports and improves reporting capabilities for stakeholders.
• Collaborates to develop policies for CRM data utilization.
• Performs other functionally related duties as assigned.
