Job summary

Eastern Kentucky University is seeking a Senior Analyst, Customer Relationship Management on its Richmond Campus. This role leads CRM oversight, coordinates design, analysis and enhancement of the Slate CRM and related systems, and ensures data integrity and system security.

The position requires a Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) and at least two years in a university setting or CRM-related field, with strong knowledge of relational databases and software languages.
