Fanatics is seeking a Senior CRM Developer to join its CRM team in Redwood City. The role focuses on end-to-end execution of triggered journeys, personalized content, and data integrations to power Fanatics’ marketing and fan engagement platforms.

You will build real-time customer journeys using Adobe Journey Optimizer and Experience Platform, develop HTML/CSS email templates, and collaborate with marketers, engineers, and analysts in an agile setup.

Qualifications

• 5+ years designing and building personalized, real-time journeys.
• Experience with behavior-driven programs (abandoned cart, retargeting).
• Experience with data models, event ingestion, API connectivity.
• Strong HTML/CSS for responsive emails; templating languages.
• Experience with GitHub CI/CD and Jira.

Responsabilités

• Partner with marketers, analysts, and technical leads to design solutions prior to build.
• Document journey logic, templates, and data configurations for reuse.
• Manage work in Jira and GitHub, with CI/CD practices and agile processes.
• Troubleshoot fan-facing delivery issues end-to-end by tracing profiles and event payloads.
• Create responsive email, SMS, and push templates and components.
• Design and run A/B and multivariate tests to optimize engagement and conversions.
• Extend data schemas and enable data ingestion from commerce and fan events.
• Architect decisions balancing journey design, data modeling, and integrations.
• Collaborate to apply AI/tools to improve performance and efficiency.
