Job summary

Tri-County Technical College is hiring a CRM Manager to lead CRM processes for Recruitment, Admissions, and Orientation (RAO). You will serve as the RAO functional CRM expert, translating departmental needs into effective CRM workflows, communications, and reports.

The role partners with the college-wide CRM team to ensure strategy alignment and data integrity. You will support data-informed decisions, develop dashboards, create training materials, and act as the primary RAO CRM trainer while

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and professional experience involving collection, analysis, interpretation and presentation of quantified data.
• Master’s degree in statistics may substitute for required work experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead CRM processes and communications for RAO using the TargetX Recruitment Suite.
• Develop, monitor, and improve CRM workflows, reports, and dashboards.
• Create guides and training resources; train RAO staff on CRM usage.
• Collaborate with college-wide CRM team to align with strategy and standards.
• Provide technical and functional CRM support; participate in testing of changes.
