Job summary

Kennesaw State University in Marietta, GA is seeking a Customer Relationship Management Coordinator to support Enrollment Services with CRM administration, data quality, campaigns, reports and dashboards.

You will partner with the Director of Enrollment Services Solutions to enhance student engagement, recruitment, and retention through campaigns, training, and effective system changes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution of higher education.
• One year of experience supporting and/or administering a CRM platform.
• Experience with CRM platforms and data integrity is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee CRM platform operations including data imports, workflows, users, reporting and maintenance.
• Serve as primary CRM resource between end users, IT, and vendors to resolve issues and support enhancements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement CRM solutions for enrollment objectives.
• Design and optimize CRM workflows, automations, communications, and business processes.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and analytics to support decision-making and resource allocation.
• Manage CRM data integrity, integrations, data feeds, and system configuration.
• Troubleshoot CRM issues and recommend process improvements.
• Create and manage CRM campaigns to support recruitment and engagement initiatives.
• Provide CRM training and ongoing user support with documentation and SOPs.
