• Two years of experience with configuring, supporting, or administering a CRM or related enterprise system.
• One year of experience supporting recruitment, admissions, enrollment management, or related processes.
• Experience creating or maintaining automated workflows, campaigns, forms, templates, reports, or dashboards.

• Serve as the functional CRM administrator for Colorado Online recruitment processes, including workflow configuration, communication-plan setup, form updates, data-quality monitoring, reporting, and user support.
• Configure and maintain CRM processes supporting Colorado Online recruitment operations; update forms and troubleshoot as needed.
• Create and manage automated workflows including SIS integration, duplicates, and enrollment-related workflows.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Enrollment Specialists, and IT to ensure accurate communications and aligned messaging.
• Build and maintain dashboards and recurring reports tracking inquiry, application, admission, enrollment, census, and KPI measures.
