Job summary

The Colorado Community College System is seeking a Colorado Online CRM Specialist to administer CRM workflows, reports, and user support for recruitment from inquiry through enrollment. You will configure processes, maintain data integrity, and collaborate on communications, dashboards, and event tools to support student engagement and enrollment growth.

This role is funded through 06/30/2028 and may offer hybrid-remote arrangements within Colorado.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 2 years CRM experience including configuration and support.
• 1 year in recruitment, enrollment, marketing, or related processes.
• Experience creating or maintaining automated workflows, campaigns, forms, and reports.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the functional CRM administrator for Colorado Online recruitment processes, including workflow configuration and reporting.
• Configure and maintain CRM processes; update inquiry and application forms.
• Troubleshoot CRM issues and escalate to IT as needed.
• Maintain data integrity and document procedures.
• Create automated workflows and dashboards tracking key recruitment measures.
• Collaborate to ensure accurate, timely recruitment communications and funnel performance.
