Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of two years administering or supporting a CRM platform or similar enterprise system.
• Ability to translate business requirements into system configurations and workflows.
• Experience developing end-user training and documentation.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Administers and optimizes the CRM platform including configuration, security, workflows, automation, and user access.
• Partners with departments to design CRM solutions that improve workflows and engagement.
• Coordinates CRM integrations and data flows with SIS/ERP and other platforms; supports testing and data integrity.
• Develops and maintains CRM reports, dashboards, and automated processes.
• Maintains data quality and supports data governance, security, and compliance.
