Job summary

JLUXLABEL, a fast-growing global women’s fashion brand based in Chatsworth, CA, seeks a strategic CRM Manager to own our email and SMS retention programs. You will design automated journeys, segment audiences, and drive testing to boost repeat purchases and customer lifetime value.

Collaborating with Marketing, Creative, Ecommerce, Merchandising, and Site teams, you’ll build a data-driven lifecycle roadmap, QA campaigns, and deliverables that reflect JLUXLABEL’s premium brand experience daily.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of lifecycle marketing or CRM experience.
• Proven success increasing repeat purchases and LTV.
• Experience with Klaviyo, Iterable, or Bloomreach.
• Ability to manage cross-channel lifecycle programs (email + SMS).

Responsibilities

• Develop retention roadmap and lifecycle strategy with cross-functional partners.
• Build and optimize automated email and SMS journeys (Welcome, Browse Abandonment, Cart Abandonment, Post‑Purchase, Replenishment, Cross‑Sell, Win‑Back, Reactivation).
• Lead campaign calendar, briefs, QA, scheduling, deployment, and reporting.
• Analyze performance data and translate insights into actions.
• Collaborate with Creative, Ecommerce, Merchandising, Customer Experience, and Site teams.
