Agency Collective is seeking a senior lifecycle leader to build and optimize email, SMS and retention programs for ecommerce brands. This role blends strategy with hands-on execution and requires strong commercial judgment to optimize margin, frequency and payback economics.

You will lead lifecycle audits, prioritize roadmaps, and coordinate with paid acquisition and conversion teams to ensure a consistent customer journey.

Formación

• Senior lifecycle leadership for ecommerce, subscription or relevant consumer brands.
• Hands-on expertise in email/SMS platforms such as Klaviyo and the integrations supporting them.
• Evidence of improving customer outcomes with segmentation, experimentation and deliverability discipline.
• Ability to coach specialists and connect channel plans to margin, purchase frequency and payback economics.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and build lifecycle programs (email, SMS) across AC client brands to convert, retain and grow customers.
• Develop campaigns, flows, calendars and automation strategies aligned to purchase cycles.
• Coach lifecycle teams and coordinate with paid media and conversion work for a cohesive customer journey.
