Randstad USA, in partnership with Levi Strauss & Co., is seeking a data-driven Assistant Manager to support CRM & Lifecycle Marketing initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

You will leverage segmentation, testing, and personalization to optimize lifecycle journeys across email, mobile messaging, and loyalty experiences, driving engagement and long-term customer value. This role reports to the CRM & Lifecycle Marketing Manager.

Qualifikationen

• BS/BA in marketing, business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least 2-3 years of experience in B2C marketing or a similar role.
• Self-starter who takes initiative and demonstrates excellent follow-through.
• Excellent project management skills with precise attention to detail and natural curiosity.
• Ability to work under pressure, agile, thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to test new ideas in a channel.
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
• Must have deep understanding of B2C customer journey from top to bottom of marketing funnel.
• Strong analytical skills with previous experience using web analytics tools; ability to turn numbers into actionable insights.
• Movable Ink experience a plus.

Aufgaben

• Support Marketing Manager with strategy, execution, and optimization of CRM lifecycle marketing programs across email and mobile messaging.
• Develop and optimize lifecycle programs using segmentation and personalization to drive engagement and retention.
• Build and maintain a testing roadmap, leveraging A/B testing and customer insights to continuously improve campaign and journey performance.
• Own performance reporting for lifecycle programs, presenting insights, test results, and data-driven recommendations to leadership and cross-functional partners.
• Manage the end-to-end execution of lifecycle campaigns, overseeing planning, asset delivery, QA, and deployment to ensure a best-in-class customer experience.
• Partner cross-functionally with Loyalty, Retail, Product, Analytics, Data Science, Creative, Merchandising, and external vendors to uncover customer insights, develop audience strategies, and deliver personalized, customer-centric experiences.
