EverAI is a fully remote, fast-growing AI companionship platform that aims to scale from tens to hundreds of millions of users. You’ll own paid acquisition channels, build scalable funnels, and drive performance across Meta, TikTok, Google, and more.

Collaborate with product and content teams to optimize landing pages and conversions while pushing creative and strategic testing at speed. You’ll measure success with CAC, ROAS, retention, and cohorts, reporting into the CMO.

Qualifications

• 4–10+ years in performance marketing or user acquisition.
• Proven track record managing $300K to $1M+ monthly paid media spend.
• Full ownership of campaign execution, results and optimization.
• Experience with Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, ASA, or native platforms.
• Analytical fluency: GA4, Voluum, tracking setups and dashboards.
• Strong creative instincts: write briefs, analyze hooks, iterate fast.
• Experience optimizing landing pages and funnel conversion.

Responsabilités

• Take the lead on paid acquisition channels (Meta, TikTok, Google, etc.).
• Build scalable acquisition funnels with aggressive growth targets.
• Run high-velocity testing loops to improve CAC and LTV.
• Monitor performance with GA4, Voluum, and internal dashboards.
• Own creative briefing: hooks, formats, angles; collaborate on landing pages.
• Negotiate premium placements and build new opportunities with partners.
