Job summary

EverAI is seeking a hands-on Growth Marketing Lead to accelerate user acquisition and revenue growth for its AI companionship platform. You will own paid media channels, build scalable funnels, and drive rapid testing cycles across Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, and native networks.

You will collaborate with the CMO to optimize campaigns, reduce CAC, and elevate ROAS while exploring new channels and tactical experiments in a fully remote global team.

Qualifications

• 4–10+ years in performance marketing or user acquisition.
• Proven track record managing $300K to $1M+/month in paid media spend.
• Full ownership of campaign execution, results, and optimization.
• Experience with Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, ASA, or native platforms.
• Analytical fluency: GA4, Voluum, tracking setups, dashboards.
• Strong creative instincts: can write briefs, analyze hooks, and iterate fast.
• Experience optimizing landing pages and funnel conversion.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of one or two paid acquisition channels and scale campaigns.
• Contribute to building scalable acquisition funnels with aggressive growth targets.
• Run high-velocity testing loops (creatives, audiences, placements) to improve CAC and LTV.
• Monitor performance daily using GA4, Voluum, and internal dashboards.
• Build and maintain internal reporting frameworks to guide strategic moves.
