Job summary

SBM Management Services, LP is seeking a Critical Environments Manager to coordinate and direct operations, ensuring quality and compliance across programs with key responsibilities in planning, supervision, and customer relations.

The role requires leadership in managing high-level contracts, implementing program standards, and developing QA/QC processes. Some travel is required, and an A.A. degree with 2+ years of experience is expected, with CPR/First Aid certification a plus.

Qualifications

• A.A. Degree required with 2+ years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• CPR/AED/First Aid certification a plus; a valid driver’s license may be required based on business needs.
• Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities include bilingual ability could be a plus and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform on-site assessments to determine program effectiveness against contractual SOW and quality of service delivery.
• Identify at-risk programs and facilitate CAPA processes and follow-up actions.
• Conduct personnel compliance audits and verify work schedules to ensure adequate service.
• Deliver routine reporting and keep management informed of significant issues and actions taken.
• Support planned site transitions and client inspections (Regulatory, Partner, VIP).
