Job summary

SBM Management Services, LP is seeking a Critical Environments Manager in Phoenix to coordinate operations, ensure program quality, and lead compliance across sites. The role involves planning, customer relations, and implementing company-wide standards while developing program-specific QA processes.

The ideal candidate has an A.A. degree with 2+ years of relevant experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to travel as needed. CPM certifications or forklift experience are a plus.

Qualifications

• Must have Associate degree with 2+ years of experience or equivalent
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong knowledge of quality assurance and field operations

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and direct operations to meet contractual SOW and quality standards
• Perform on-site assessments and improve program delivery
• Investigate customer complaints and lead CAPA actions
• Identify at-risk programs and drive CAPA follow-up
• Monitor quality via on-site and remote assessments
• Support new account transitions and client inspections
• Lead trainings for management and staff to address issues
• Prepare routine reports and communicate significant issues to management
• Ensure safety and regulatory compliance across sites
• Collaborate with customers, subcontractors and SBM teams
• Some travel may be required
